Since you asked for feedback, there are a few things that would concern me.
I am always a little sceptical about hosts that use Zone Edit as their DNS servers.
I would be sceptical about a host that claims to be in business for 4 years but has only had their domain name registered for 3 and a half months.
I am sceptical about hosts who try to represent RackShack as "our" datacenter.

I contacted them a few months ago about this, and he told me he had "four years experience in the hosting industry." Take that at what ever value you will.

Also, I remember a user posted a question about VDS in one of the main forums, and he responded by telling them about his company. He was already here a month or so by that time and should have known better. The next day I noticed he was banned.
