On server of a certain spec, which is the better OS regarding the amount of raw power given over to serving of actual websites, including stuff like asp and sql etc?

Yeah I have chilisoft on a raq works ok but can not do some cool stuff that ya can with actual asp before I bought chilisoft I would buy coldfusion or use a free version of asp stuff |
