You get 2 GB of Space, and 8GB of BW in Total to divide among your clients?

Or is that just for yourself, and you get more space and bandwidth to be divided up among your clients?

Just for the information, that plan can be upgraded to more space/bandwidth anytime and it includes hosting for unlimited domains :) The reason why we recommended to start out with less bandwidth, is to reduce the initial monthly costs until a solid client base is built.

how many domains does this include? any limit? what about ip's?

i do see it is unlimited domains but what about ip's?

what control panel do you have? the demo on your site just loads a plans page. each domain does get its own control panel correct?

we have taken down the demo control panel our site, but it is available if you are interested :) the control panel is "CPanel" (included with every domain) and the reseller plan also includes full access to WHM (WebHostManager). There is absolutely no limit on how many domains you can host and all domains must be name-based. This also includes your own DNS (with 2 static IPs), Mail and FTP Servers, as well as unlimited POP3 accounts, unlimited Subdomains, unlimited FTP Accounts for you and your clients and all the standard features we offer in our plans ;)

One more detail I want to ask you is the availability of customer support - is it 24/7 or you have some specific hours you don't answer support e-mail (like during the night)...? Just in case my site goes offline at 3AM...

As for support speaking as a customer... so far support has been 24/7 with the longest query taking around 6 hours and that was a non essential query re: a 2 minute blip. Most of the time it's around less than an hour.

Still early days mind but so far so good. :)
