Yep, I signed up about a week ago, and am EXTREMELY impressed. So far their support as been far above amazing, and setup only took hours.

I too was weary of a web host that was so cheap (as my previous one cost $15 a month for the same features), but so far they have been great.

They are only a few months old, but I see them heading in the right direction. Just thought I would share my experiences with everyone, as I first came here looking for comments on the host, now I comment :)

I second that :) I just moved my site there, and I'm loving it so far. Some of the kinks have yet to be worked out, but it's still very promising despite minor issues -- and the staff is extremely helpful.
