Ok first I have seen the other posts and all the complaints about 2checkout. We have now had our first and last major problem.

That 2checkout intercash card is a joke to make a long story short we did not accept ours or fill out the tos and agreement we read it and stopped. However 2checkout still charged us $50.00 even though we never did the signup.

Ok no problem call them tickets email It has now been 10 days later support tickets are unanswered the lady we talked to was helpfull said she was new and just started on intercash and would get it fixed however nope nothing so far.

Individual sales funds for this payperiod. Did not go out. no answer to support ticket 2 days. Called guy said the went out but nope our bank records show different. he then asked me to open a support ticket (here we go )

Now little things maybe, little amounts but one thing I will not take and we are moving away.

If anyone else is having the same/other issues with intercash please contact me I may have an idea of how to speed things up /get a resolution from 2checkout.

I have been calling on every issue I can.

We have the one 10 day open ticket for the intercash problem and when I called in yesterday for the indv sales problem and he asked me to open a ticket. I informed him that i would prefer not it is going to take 4 days to respond if they even do so correctly.

His anwswer was that we are aware of the recent support desk issues and working on it.

I then said recent you call 1yr and a half recent ?

But o well installing ssl in a few and going back to our wells fargo merchant.

ALthought 2checkout gives us a better% and we dont pay chargeback fees ( why we like 2checkout )

Just can not afford a bigger problem happening.

No chargeback fees? We pay $29 for every chargeback. How do you get no chargeback fees?

We discovered recently that our bank doesn't charge them (chargeback fees) on our merchant facility. A client didn't recognise the name on the statement/transaction. A pleasant surprise. :)

Ummmm no idea \
The only time we are penalized is if a electronic check is declined then we pay the $20.00

We have only had 2 chargebacks with them, and one of them was reversed. That may be a possibility.

The other one was for fraud.

MarcD,

You mentioned on your first post that anyone can contact you regarding their Intercash card. I was wondering, should we email you or send you a PM?

I'm asking just to make sure I don't send stuff where you don't want them to go. :)

support ticket for two weeks with no answer. I am no longer using them as we have our own merchant account now.

Is there any sort of minimum purchase price for worldpay? I want to sell ebooks for around $2-$3

Thanks,
