Hi all I've been looking at hosting with http://www.excelwebhosting.com for their reseller package and was wondering if anyone here currently uses or have in the past used their service and what was good/bad about it.

I need RELIABILITY. The host I have now has been down more times then I can count since I signed with them in Feb.

Customer service is terrible, and response time is horrible (5-6 hours to 2-3 days)

I need to find a new host ASAP so I need some input please :bawling:
