FissionHost.com seems to be down for 16 hours now. I can't use any of their on-site support becuase ... it's down. I can't email them, it just bounces saying it can't find such and such. I can't contact them on AIM, I just get the usual "Live Help Is Unavailable Right Now ... Please Try Our Web Site" blab. Anyone have any more information on this?

Their ns1 seems down howver their ns2 seems to be responding to requests "64.246.60.39"

16 hours is a large amount of time without any information.

Ok we're back up. But my site isn't there.

AIM convo:

Me: Hi
Him: Hi
Me: I see you're back up but my site's gone. Why did you delete me?
Him: We didn't
Me: Why can't I access my site?
Him: The hard drive crashed and burned
Him: They actually said there was smoke coming from it
Me: And the daily backups you said you do?
Him: Gone
Me: Why?
Him: The hard drive burned. We have a whole new one.
Me: And?
Him: The backup is gone.
Me: Why?
Him: I already told you
Me: You had your backup on the same drive

heh great

At last, my site is back up. No backups though even though he told me there would be. So I have restored the 29th June 2003 backups and we're back up and running :D I have posted an in-depth review on my site.
