Rackshack just billed me for $42 to upgrade the memory on my RaQ. However, new customers are getting this upgrade completely free of charge.
I don't think this is right: if anything, it should be the other way around. I've stuck with Rackshack for half a year, and now they decide to treat me worse than new customers!?
What should I do? I've already emailed them, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

yeah it is a rip hmmm lets make our long time customers pay and our new people get it for free.
makes no sense I paid it as I wanted it though

I paid it as well. They haven't even upgraded my memory yet however....

Yeah stupid me. I signed up last week and got charged for the full amount. Now they're giving exactly the same deal that I got for cheaper. Grrrr..

I regret that I signed up rackshack too early. when I signed up a month ago, they gave me 150GB bandwidth, 128MB memory, but now they are offerring 175GB bandwidth, and 256MB memory for the same price to new customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I believe Rackshack has made special offers for all existing customers (of Raq 4s at least). You may want to contact them to see if you can resolve charges.
Can anyone post that email sent out by rackshack to existing customers??? My mail server has been down for weeks and I couldn't receive any emails from rackshack. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
