I am a small web host - people contact me by phone , Aim ,Email ,Forum - my clients know my name, even have my address , no problem . Hey I always give receipts to all customers and invoices to businessness`s . I have several dedicated servers and reseller accounts. However dealing with suppliers is a real education , no names , everything outsourced , no receipts , forget invoices, web sites that have no forum or names of the people you are dealing with , you send them money and hope they take it ( I am not kidding ) A couple of times I have tried to pay people by paypal ( who happily accept it ) but they insist I send money to their email account ( they will not request money from my account ! That to me is sheer laziness on their part -please educate me if this is unreasonable) Also questions are not answered , I ask simple questions that any sane individual requesting a paid service would ask but they gloss over them - slippery is the word. Just my vent for today , any one else feel this way or do you think I ask too much ? :eek:
