At this point I am looking for the following;

(a) Dedicated server (Unix OS)
(b) Min. 20 GB Drive with Mirroring on second drive
(c) Cost of monitoring including firwall, security, etc. on server.
(d) Will you sale the server or rent it to me
(e) What comes with management and equipment replacement.
(f) Key factor I prefer to buy bandwidth in GB not Mbps and not in blocks. What is the cost per GB along with discounts as I surpass certian GB levels.

I am just looking for quote for decision purposes as such info is critical for me deciding to proceed or shelve my idea.
