for our billing/payment solution. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with them?

What is the general consensus regarding this outfit?

never used them myself but a few observations:

- Had a fiddle with their system, logging in etc. never
once saw a secure server lock on any page where I had to enter my information

- They're not using their own servers (they trace back to hurricane electric) - he.net

*shrug*
I think it'd be playing with fire to even look at them sideways :)

We have one site with Globill. They are really quite good. Very prompt and courteous in their support, and cheque(s) arrive on time.

We had to move the site at one stage due to a blowout in signups. Asked Support for the membership system to be moved/reinstalled, and it was done within a few hours.
