look at the very bottom. Starcraftgateway.com, thats my site. It's just hosted on him but I designed the site. And now he puts it in the client list. When I complained he disabled my FTP and tried to sell my site.

Look at the forumgateway.com, go to www.forumgateway.com, look what he did :(

That isn't really a design, its just different colours lol
Novanix is tricky, your domain is NON-TRANSFERABLE. So if he changes your password for your domaiun, you can't do anything about it.

Want to know whos the real ones? Nick Daum, James Parkes, and SAO. SAO left because novanix didn't pay him a penny for the designs he made. I used to work for novanix, I heard about SAO. I made a design for cerimic holidays and he didn't pay me so I just quit.
that design on the page was made by SAO and novanix just stole it like he stole my website, starcraftgateway.com and forumgateway.com

It should provide you with a good idea on what the law is concerning copyright, and your rights as a designer...

I haven't been able to read all his pages, and only read your post, but if you have proof that there was copyright infringment, and that he violated your contract with you, by one stealing your content, and then taking your site, you have grounds for legal case, you might also notify his upstream provider of these happenings and see what they say...

omg ...that means he 'stole' your entire site including domain and is now selling it?!!!!! If you have the prove that the domain is yours, i would suggest you to get a lawyer as soon as possible :eek2: :nuts:

i tried transfering but doesnt work

he did steal my content
becuase jason borught domain, and i done the stuff in the website.

GOD DAMN ???? I get blaimed here? Do you want to know what really happend? Jason the true owner of scgateway came to me saying he needd hosting as his current host stopped hosting him. i said ok i got into the gaming industry and got an advertiser well all the first payments we made went to him then the advertising money didnt even cover my hosting costs so i started to pay out of my pocket the money difference. Then he tells me we are releasing denny for some new guy so i try and find a solution i work up the idea that we should still pay $50 for doing nothing and so i offer this to denny. Anyway after that failed and i started to lose more than $300 a month paying for bills i told jason that we should do something so he then went and sold all of scgateay and i didnt see a penny...
