I need a program, that I could install on my dedicated server where I could see, just how much MB or GB i transfer from the TIME/DATE i EXECUTE the program, till I shut it down?

so if i run the program on may 1st and leave it on till june 1st i want it to tell me how much bandwith i used

I mean, it doesnt specifically have to be this way.... But i really would like to have a program so I can see when i'm going over my monthly 15 gb free limit

One solution to that would be to use the Apache module mod_throttle that can be found at:

not just how muhc bandwith i use via port 80

It wont be exact like you want, but you might want to try mrtg reports.
