*You guys will design a custom layout for http://www.tech-critic.com that will have a techish kind of look and appealing.
*The layout's copyright holder will be my site so it can never be resold or redistributed except by me.
*You will code the layout in php for my portal which is Virtuanews (http://www.virtuanews.co.uk).
*The Layout has to be dynamic meaning it has to work with all resolutions.
*The layout will not be called "Complete" till I am satisfied with it
*The layouts will be needed in One Week but If it take a day or three more I am satisfied with it as long as I see the progress on it
*It will need to be in four diferent collors just because I will have 3 different categories on the site. (Meaning Same layout just three different colors that we will decide at the very end)
*Layout has to have one version that is a lite version or a "poor quality" version of the layout for our 56k users.
*Layout that is the broadband version needs a few bits of flash in it
*Navgaton buttons need to desigined for the broadband version
*All our topic buttons ex: http://www.tech-critic.com/images/news/logos/google.gif need to be redesigned to match layout
*Our source,download,voew,screenshot,media, and audio images need to be redesigned something more custom
I think thats some of the main details. I would also like to tell you that my budget is $100 but I can stretch a bit more. I do not really mind stretching it a bit. I do not make money of the site so I really cant pay alot out again but if it its in my budget we can work something out. Also Maybe we can excahnge some advertising in exhange for a discount or something. My site gets about 4000 unique a day and sometime even more.
