Customers are extremely happy with current operation and thus seller wants to make the transition as seemless as possibly - all or none we fill is best unless "the offer is sweet" enough for us to help push hosting to new clients home successfullly.

Its all about the clients and making the transition work for them, hence being the best transition for you and your business.
