Hi,
I have a reseller account (of a friend), and I have 50GB of bandwidth / month, my question is how/what packages should I split this into?
Thanks
Have a nice day,

Depends on how many domains you need to host and resources for each domain etc.

I agree with Bob, only you can answer this question. Divide the account to meet your needs, that's all that really matters.
Im not sure what kind of answer your looking for here, but no one can say "you need 25mb of space and 1gig of bw". It's all about your needs.

How many hosting packages will you be offering? BW depends on two things.
1. It depends on the package since you won't be offering the same BW with each package. A lower amount of space would generally be assigned less BW.
2. It depends on how much you will be charging your clients..
Who are you hosting clients? Are they small time or do you think they be using a lot of BW? You can always increase/decrease BW on an individual level if you are using CPanel/WHM, at least..
Sit down and do some math. It's a big decision. You don't want to offer too little or too much.
You have 50,000 megs of BW
500 megs = 100 clients
1,000 megs = 50 clients
2,000 megs = 25 clients
5,000 megs = 10 clients
As you can see, BW can be used up pretty quick. Like I said, it depends on your client base and what you will be charging to justify your costs.
