Are there any companies out there that offer automated billing solutions for web hosting? I've seen some but they use mySQL (I wouldn't trust mySQL for anything)

What I'm looking for is something that is a hosted solution on billing companies server, and allows for tight intergration with web hosting manager. I'm also looking for a company that is insured, so I know that in the event that information is stolen, I won't be bankrupted.

If anybody knows of a solution let me know.
