Eagle web services (www.ewsnl.com ) offer a variety of Hosting packages to fit your needs. They use Cobal Raq servers, There hosting offers php, Chillisoft ASP, MySQL,SSL, Unlimited bandwidth and much more from only $9.99/month. Having tested there services we find them very good. However it does seem that the speed is even better from mainland europe, tho recent changes in bandwidth has made the service even quicker. an example site hosted with ewsnl can be seen here for you to draw your own conclusions on the speed.
