My request of for a control panel is simple and I am asking for anyone who has experience with a program that can do the following to contact me as I am starting to get a little overwhelmed by all the choices out there.

(a) Tracks the account by bandwidth, with an automatic stop once a specified limit is reach, not an email but an actual stop on the web hosting account

(b) Besides that I need the standard features where CC acceptance is not top of the list as I may do that independent of hosting management software.
