Hi,

just a question regarding the process of domain re-delegation.

I want to change hosts.

My domain name is registered under the name of my current host. If I understand correctly, the new host will submit an application to the old host in order to start the re-delegation process of the domain?

The question I have is whether I peronally will have to sign any documents during this process? Will Internic (or whoever is the responsible authority) send any documents to my address for me in order to sign them?

These are the registration details of my domain:

Domain Name: ABOEHMER.COM
Registrar: SCHLUND+PARTNER AG
Whois Server: whois.schlund.de
Referral URL: http://www.schlund.de
Name Server: NS7.SCHLUND.DE
Name Server: NS8.SCHLUND.DE
Updated Date: 16-oct-2000

Thanks for your help!

Actually, you are responsible for changing you domain's namservers, the new host only adds a DNS record for it on their nameservers. If you registered with networksolutions, you have to fill out the forms on their website.
