We have a spare one, but how can I be sure you won't abuse it and dump it with a negative balance?

Have your parents open a PayPal account or 2checkout account for you.

You are not legaly binding should anything go wrong, I also have a spare account, but will not do business with someone under the age of 18.

You should perhaps ask your parents to use their credit card to open your 2co account. That way if there are any confilcts, they can be dealt within the family household and out of the already over saturated court system.

Just my two cents.

I don't think it's right to give out your 2checkout accounts to someone whom you don't trust.
There are thousands of carders on the 'net and after a while the account you opened and gave the rights to buyer can be faked.
After a while when the account goes -$xx and no response from the owner you may get in trouble.
But it would be ok to give your 2checkout account to someone whom you trust !
Like i said 2checkout , Authorize , Regnow , DigiBuy etc. can be easily carded and problems may occur after about a month later.
So I would like to warn you.
If someone wants an account from 2checkout and they're allowed to open it let them do it.
Users under 18 are not allowed to use 2checkout accounts.
a 14 years old person may not get in trouble but you!

(geosters don't take it personally but i would like to let people know about what they are doing . And writing this information from my personal experience!)
Good luck.

yes, i understand it's hard to trust, i know that... But once and a while you do have to trust people. Also i do know i have to be 18, but i am being watch by a 18 year old or older. So that makes up for it. Thank you epowerhost and FrederickVI, i will contact both of you. Thank you everyone for your replies and i do understand your concerns for me and other people.

You are not 18, you can't legally have an account. Simple as that.

Anyone found to be intentionally "trashing" another's ad may be suspended as we see fit without warning.

From my stance, you people are trashing his thread. Please, if it is already said once, no need to say it again. You are either spamming or just reluctant. This thread was for people who didn't want thier 2checkout account and would be willing to trust geo to use it. He never asked for opinions or anything else.

On the other hand, it is probably okay to distribute a warning, but guys, once is enough, you don't need to kill him with it.

Best Regards,
Axi
