Currently not, just pop3/imap, but webmail should be coming in August, Hopefully :)

I didn't see anywhere on pair.com where they offer email only accounts....

Anyways, tlik, I don't know what your financial situation is, but $15/y for a domain'd email account sounds pretty good to me. I spent half of that already today at Dunkin Donuts.
