what do you guys think of rackshack? these prices seem phenomenal for the dual xeon processor, but i have no way of knowing how pings to their servers are and whatnot.

web hosting, mainly.

maybe a teamspeak server too. who knows.

Well if you're not going to need good steady piungs then stick with them.

I mean go with them (Rackshack). I've just heard that the pings aren't always steady but they're amazing for webhosting.

1 out of 10+ 1,000Mbps connections is Cogent. Meanwhile, (checking right now) the Cogent line is pushing less than 200Mbps, whereas just one of the MFN lines is pushing over 600Mbps. Just eyeballing, they're pushing about 4,500 Mbps, and with less than 200Mbps being Cogent means less than 5% of their traffic goes to Cogent. Hard to see that as "most" of anything.
