When I was buying another server, I wanted it to be strong but not cost a lot. Basicly a test server. This is for web hosting. Basicly I want to know if you would or wouldnt host off of this.

Mainly Im wondering how many would be turned down because they are 200 mhz.

That would be a plenty powerful box. Since it's a quad cpu, load shouldn't be a problem.
