I just signed up with them and was gonna' check out my site but IE comes up with "The page cannot be displayed" So I tried hooking up to www.mchost.com and got the same thing. I went to www.betterwhois.com and did a search for mchost.com and it responded with "This registrar's WHOIS system is currently busy. Please use the back-arrow key and re-try your search." MCHost's registrar seems to be NetSol, so maybe this is a NetSol problem???

Their server replies to pings and the traceroute routes just fine so the server is up and responding.
http://209.123.169.202 doesn't work and port 80 isn't open, so it could be that their webserver is down. If they are running IIS, they may have been hit by the Code Red Worm. Let's hope not. :)
If they are running Apache or some other web server, they may be working on it or (for some reason) it may have core dumped.

Okay guys, problem is gone :D It was actually an installation of a SSL certificate that modified something in the httpd.conf file that it shouldn't have.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and everything is back to normal now!
