Basically a friend and I are opening a webdesign company. Hopefully we'll make some profit but we are in it pretty much more for fun and the experience.

I'm pretty good in html, and can do some flash and my friend is pretty good with graphics.

We are looking for a 3rd person that knows some java/perl/cgi...etc

Between the 3 of us...I bet we could do some pretty cool webpages. Plus, I can get customers pretty easily (friends or friends of friends who needs site)
