Here is the image I am working on (well the image so far until I ran into this problem):

Please check it out. Now, on the bottom right side of the image where the rectangle box is which i made from doing a line theirs some white pixels that i cannot cover up with the rest of the blue (I wanted to fill in the box with colors). The reason is because I already accidently covered those white spots with white line dots. I do not know why I cannot just overwrite the white line with another color (the blue color)? Please help someone, thanks alot

make sure you're trying to edit the correct layer...
