What are some good, cheap colocation places out there? A friend's looking for around 100 GB of traffic for $100/monthly.

I think that's the price he's looking for. I have my doubts about him finding that type of pricing.

Most colo places charge anywhere from $1.5 per GB to $3 per GB plus rackspace fees.

Those are both in the nac.net noc I think. You might want to post a message in the advertising folder and get some hosts to give you quotes. Thats the best way usually.

Affortablecolo.com seams to have a good product offering going. Everything is ala cart. I think I might go with them. $2/gig charged @ 50% on UUnet & Sprint seams awfully good to me.

I like burst.net myself. they have some good prices too and looks like great service. i am considering using them but i am stuck in a verio noc for the time being
