I've found myself in need of a domain and hosting for a very small local business I'm running, so that I might accept very small quote inquiries over the web.

If someone is willing to provide the domain (it needs to be a specific name, and will need to be registered), and small hosting (by small, I mean the following: The host needs php and mysql, with access to at least one, and at most two, databases. I do not anticipate using more than 30-40 megs of bandwidth per month.)

In exchange for the domain and hosting, I'm willing to provide banners and/or graphics for your site.

I'd be perfectly happy to produce the banners and graphics first, though I'd like to have some sort of assurance that the hosting really exists. (Quasi on your honor.) I want absolutely nothing until after you have graphics in your hand. After the first three months of hosting I'd be glad to start footing the bill. (but do not want a contractual agreement committing me to such)

(If for some reason the graphics fail to meet any requirements, which I certainly would not anticipate, I can make adjustments until it does. Or you can nullify the entire deal. (In which case I retain copyrights over the image)).
