Has anyone has any experience with DapperDesk? http://www.dapperdesk.com - It seems to be way better then wonderdesk for less money. Is there a catch I am not seeing? Any info would be appreciated.

Brendan from Hostrocket said that it wasn't as good compared to WonderDesk. But that's his opinion...

I am a HostRocket customer, and Brendan said it was ok, but it took to long on their end to answer Trouble Tickets. John Reyes (Brendan's co-founder of HostRocker) made their own TT system , that is much more efficient, however it is not open source and will probably never be lincensed to other companies.
