Hi :)

I'm looking to register a new domain, but due to some recent circumstances the only payment method i have available to me is by uk (post office) postal order.

Does anybody know of a reliable registrar that will accept payment in this way for a .com up to £10 ($16) ?

I've only been able to find a couple so far, fortunecity, which doesn't have any dns services, just the option to specify a url to forward the domain to at the point of registration, and also validweb.co.uk, which seemed like a sollution, but after ordering and getting an email invoice with the balance as £0.00 i tried to send an email from their site and got directed to a page saying 'this domain does not have access to use matts free cgi formail script' lol - so i think i'll give that a miss :uhh:

any help would be good thanks

I know www.xreg.co.uk accepts a wide range of payment options including bank transfers and cheques.

What is your problem?

He is looking for help to register his domain name, he isn't able to do that a normal way (cc) so I offer him a way so he will be helped

If you see this as advertisement then you have a serious problem

I hardly can call it advertising cause it will give more work for administration.

Get a life!

The mods abviously only look at it the way you look at it and not from a helping-someone-with-a-problem

You probably have gave him a pm offering your services, I am not that sleezy

:topic: I have better things to do than PM people trying to get domain registrations.

Grow up and read the rules. Feel free to PM me with your problems and stop clogging up this thread.

Well i managed to find a couple of registrars plugsocket.com and domaincity.co.uk

I did a search for both here, not much info, plugsocket.com looks to be quite an organised and well established business, domaincity.co.uk as well as some questionable web design, the account of their rep on here has been disabled so perhaps i'll forgot them.

Any info on plugsocket.com, or anymore suggestions? :)

http://www.baremetal.com will do money order.

http://www.redirection.net used to accept MO's. No idea if they still do or not.
