Does anyone know of any shared hosting providers that will install custom Windows 2000 apps at the user's request?

I want to use some audio tools from Microsoft and Lucent to generate audio files on the fly, but these tools have to be installed by the administrator to work.

Most places require a dedicated server for this kind of setup. I've talked to some places that support custom DLLs, and one of them has told me they might be able to do my installation if they approve the software.

If anyone knows about any other providers with 24x7 support that can do this kind of installation without requiring a dedicated server, I'd appreciate your help.
