I am looking for a good windows 2000 / 2003 host who has good support staff who knows windows. Right now I am looking at www.servepath.com or www.theplanet.com ...any recomendations.

I have a 2000 Server and a 2003 Server at theplanet and I've been very happy, no problems whatsoever. I have not had to use their support so I cannot speak to that.

Go with rackmy.com support and uptime are great!

I would either go with Rackmy.com or Cybercon.com. They are in the same area in St. Louis, the two bandwidth exchange buildings, which is supposed to have one of the largest concentrations of fiber in the country between the two.

Cybercon.com is in one building and Rackmy is in the other. The same guy owns both buildings. Anyway, I don't know much about rackmy, but have heard good things, but I know Cybercon will not let you down. They are one of the most underestimated hosts around. They arent the cheapest, but damn reliable and great to deal with. Cybercon knows Windows servers.
