Well, the traceroutes looked good at 9:00AM MST when my server came back up, things looked very promising. Since 11:00AM MST I have had 6-8% average packet loss on the 66.111.50.x network to my second hop.

Looks like the packet loss issues may have been resolved (crosses fingers for luck). I am waiting anxiously to see what the next couple of days will bring.

Yes. Look at all the other threads :). UC was sold. Their new upstream provider is global crossing. The DC was moved to florida, from california.
