Receiving email on my RaQ 4i seems to have suddenly stopped working.
When I send an email to any account on my RaQ, I get the following error message:
"Final-Recipient: rfc822;user@domain.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.7.1
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.1 <user@domain.com>... Relaying denied.* Please
check your mail first."
Any suggestions? I have a few impatient clients, so I'm in the frying pan here. :/

Turning off POP before SMTP doesn't help either, and simply changes the error to:
"Final-Recipient: rfc822;uw@praialonga.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.7.1
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.1 <uw@praialonga.com>... Relaying denied"
I can't rememember installing anything, so how this problem arose is a puzzle. Also, I've never installed any non-Cobalt software as admin or root, so again it's a complete puzzle to me. Tried rebooting the server as well, but to no avail.

Hmm actually the last thing I installed was the MySQL package from Cobalt. Could this have anything to do with my mail problem?

Okay, I figured out how to fix the problem. I basically added all my domains WITHOUT www to "Host/Domain Aliases" under the email properties.
As this was all working fine before, I am very confused. I have never touched any of these settings before.

Now I just noticed that /siteadmin/ is gone, just coming up with a 404 file not found. Huh, what is going on?

Called Rackshack support, told them about the problem, and they fixed it in under a minute. WOW.
Way to go Rackshack!
PS: I got an email from their CEO saying that they've now got someone from Sun Cobalt training their staff, so it looks like Rackshack support is getting really good. Reason I didn't contact their support right away is because I assumed they wouldn't be able to help. WOW was I surprised!
Rackshack gets 10 out of 10 stars. :)
