what bandwidth providers are these using? all of those listed on ur website, or just one or two of them?

and ur website says 512mb ram for the $49/month server but ur post says 256mb...

MIANET4, right? The only question I have is, especially if it's MIANET1, will I have to rebuy a server, or will you upgrade my pervious BLDS to 400gigs?

how long do these take to set up?

Yes, that is a typo on the site on the BLDS-AMD-1-HB specs.
It has been corrected to show 256MB RAM.

When ordered M-F it takes 24-48 hours normally, unless a part is out of stock, and gets back ordered for some reason.

This circuit was just installed, as a client requested Cogent. :\

When we where doing our traces, PSINET showed alot.
Looks like they might have finally integrated PSInet into Cogent's network.

This sounds a very good deal, any chance you can accept verified paypal payments for extra % added on? just for me? :D

We stopped taking PayPal due to the very high amount of non-payments.

Currently we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx.

That’s a damn shame :(, mine would only of been the cheapest $49/month and there would be no danager of me making non-payments as i would pay 2 months in advance, maybe reconsider? :).

The non-payment risk is too high with PayPal.

Which is why you do not see any dedicated server providers accept PayPal.
If you do they are usually resellers, or do not have regular merchant accounts.

When we did accept PayPal, we did require 1 month extra, for security.

I am looking at the $49/month server and I would be happy to pay 2 months at a time.

Same as AnT0012, $49/month server, maybe cPanel if i can find a cheaper place to get it from ;), i would be happying paying the paypal transaction fees. If you feel more confitable getting $49/month instead of like $45 odd when paypal takes so much % away.

That's the other bad thing about PayPal is there fee. :(

It's almost double of that of our regular merchant account.

Is there any contract on that server?

Is there any saving (discount) price if I pay 6 months or yearly?

They will be a standard offering, but the repsonse to this post has caused some to be back ordered. :(
