I visited crediblehost.com now and all I see is a plain text page! Where is the normal site gone????

No idea, could be many reasons. My guess is they are probably working to restore/fix whatever problem they had.
Give them a bit of time. :)

No, but I am doing some major upgrades to the site and I accidently uploaded the wrong index page. We have several servers and most of our clients are not on the same server as our domain.
