i m not an expert on linux, but have an issue with my new server it comes with linux 7.3 and ensim 3.5basic.
i need to access it via telnet and need to see www-conf-httpd file but whenever i give a command like pico etc it says bad command or couldnt understand.
what could be the reason.
can any ody refer me a site except ensim site where i can find resource regarding this topic.

Try SSH instead of Telnet. Telnet is quite insecure.

That said, are you trying to telnet to your domain, or to the server root?

Pico may not be installed - try nano or vi.

The rackshack forums has a more active set of ensim users and resources. You could always search there.
