This appears to be the same panel, and seems to be a dead duck too. Whatever it is, it's not looking like it works too well...

If you look at the HTML source for the trianglecommerce.com CP, it says copyright Redox Host. If you look at the HTML source for redoxhost.com, it says copyright Xeran Technologies.

trianglecommerce.com and redoxhost.com live on the same server, which seems to be owned by Xeran. The Xeran demo at http://216.85.111.21/cpanel/ seems to work fine.
