Their Reseller package is the best i can find in WHT, but how's the service ? They might be cheap but do they provide adequate support to their clients ??

I have spoken with the owner a few times and he's always been outgoing and friendly. They allow you to sell their reseller packages, which is a great asset to your company, and have instant account activation.
