Ok so I buy a server wth 10 gigs space and 20 gigs bw for 100 bucks a month. Can I make the hunderd back by seling say 4 gigs space and 5 gigs bw. leaving 6 gigs space and 15 gigs bw for my site? to do this how would i have to split up the space and bw, and how much would I have to charge?

I don't quite understand. There's no required way for you to divide up the resources nor how much to charge for it. Set a price that you think is reasonable then negotiate.
