If anybody on this board, now no need to name names has any adult material, or slightly illegal data, like how to make a bomb online, then here is the place to go, Yupapa.

This is there entire tandc by the look of it:

No Adults, warez, mp3 sites allowed

No adults, does that mean no one over the age of 21. That means technically and legally that adult web sites would be allowed. The support is pretty, well, it isn't there for one thing. My mate was going to go with these but thought they wouldnt last long so went elsewhere. I would advise you lot to do the same by the look of this data.

Any of you got anything to back my info up or change my mind?

I am not inviting some chump to come along and be a smart ass.

Is that simple eough for you, or would you like it to be shown to you via a picture book.

No offence intended but it is simple already and i dont see what can't be understood.

maybe it would be better to name names as I to have no clue what your talking about

you also say then here is the place to go, but you give us no place to go, personaly I would like to see the page the teaches you how to build bombs and sorry to inform you, thats not illigal. They tryed to make it illigal back in the 60s claiming it was classifide, but the fact that 3 french magazines published everything anyone needed to know to buil a nuke, well before anyone in america did it, kind of blew that case out of the water.

Well in Europe last Year there were 50 web sites that were part of an illegal site web ring. Some involved the construction of C4 explosives and the owner's were prosecuted for that exact reason.

Now it would appear that we got off on the wrong foot. Now if you look in the first paragraph it says, Yupapa, that is the company. I asumed that considering there were threads about it before that someone would have known about it and responded, i guess i was wrong.

Since when has chump and smart ass been so offensive that it has to be blocked out.

Let me clear this up.

No Adult sites means we do not accept sites that related to sex, pornography, etc.
No warez sites means we do not accept sites that contains illegal softwares, etc.
No mp3 sites means we do not accpet sites that contains illegal mp3.

I like the looks of the site, I like the flash, the divel, and the prices seem good aswell. The only thing I don't like about it is the opening page offers 30mg for free, but when you try to sign up for that plan they no longer offer it.

yupapa you might want to remove that plan all together. Could be seen as a bait and switch.

Minors owning a business is perfectly legal...unless they have to enter into a contract...and I'm not sure if providing these services constitutes a contract or not. I would think it does, though.

On one side it isn't a problem ...but on the other side it is. As a 17-year old, you cannot sign legal contracts/documents ...and an unprofessionally written AUP or TOS can get you into trouble.

For I have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about every time you try to express yourself.

Now it could very well be that there was once something there that isn't there any more.

It could very well be that I have a difficult time seeing what's right in front of me.

It could very well be that I am certain of your age (or maybe it's your mental state).

It could very well be that you are angry because you believed that someone was barring you from their services.

It could very well be that you can write anything you want back addressed at me and I will not acknowlege it.

How constructive can critisism be; if it can't be understood?

I am not here to offend anyone especially YUPAPA. There is
nothing wrong for a 17 year-old teens to be a webhost as long as he is responsible and did offer what he has promised about his services.

No Adults, warez, mp3 sites allowed

No adult sites,
