I believe that is RAM added to your private java virtual machine (JVM), which is nice but I think their prices are still high and they really stick it to you on the addons.

From their ad:
* Additional data transfer available at $12 per GB monthly.
† Additional disk space available in 5MB blocks at $2 each per month.

Excuse me while I have a coronary and die...

I do not really know anything about the java virtual machine, but lets say they start you with 50 megs of ram. What do they do, host 20 accounts per server? Or have like 20 gigs of ram

That's a question that someone at mmaweb could/should answer.

Well, if I had a llot of money, I'd buy the account with an additional 2,048 MB of ram, but I don't have that money right now.

I don't quite know whats up with that, as they say they are on a shared Java VM, but I *do* know that even DDR 266 ECC SDRAM costs < $1 per meg to buy -- and they're wanting $1 per meg per month.

Hell - I'd just go buy some RAM from Best Buy and mail it to them. :D
