I managed to dig up that post as well.... i called another number and submitted a support ticket ... now just have to wait :(

They yanked their tech support phone number from their support page not too long ago. I don't know what it used to be - but it hardly matters. I think they only handle support through their help desk and they respond quickly enough there.
