Hello, i have number of domains i am going to lease out, and hopefull provide hosting for, does anyone have any experience of this; looking for information on pricing and contracts.

Sorry but I don't think most people will lease a domain. There's plenty of good domain left still and they can own it for less than $10.

Not really, if they are really good and short domains, you might get a few people to lease them =)

In hind sight i think that this maybe the case for about 40% of the names i have, but the rest are ok.

They are aimed at a niche market.

sorry can not tell ya anywhere to go about that
but can offer support I have read more and more articles about that for short good names.
I am doing one for around $35 a year
so I only make 25 on it but it is not that hot of a name but very niche so might get more the good thign is biz model if the company takes off ya might be able to get more out of it if ya write the lease correct.
I have about 5 I am going to try to leae out and make enough off them to help pay for othe rdomain name buying.
and using about 25 of mydomains in a biz venture I am taking on so if they try to cut me out I take off with my domains
