My co-location host tells me that the crappy ping I get when preforming tracert, and ping is not there fault but instead my ISP's

Anyway I know there's a free website or something that pings a IP for you from 10 different locations for a period of time.. I just don't remember the name and don't seem to be having a quick lucking finding it via search.. (and I don't mean netmechanic)
