Has anyone done this? If so what options did you enable?

For those of you using Dell hardware such has dell PERC3 raid controller, If you are using RH's binary pkg kernel, does the patch work, or do I need source? ( I am not sure if the linux kernel supports this contoller natively, I know RH's kernel have support though )

grsec works like a charm across our fleet of Dell rigs. You need to compile the kernel from source, none of that RH RPM stuff.

Depending on what software you have running on your rig besides cPanel, you may want to test different grsec settings. Either use the pre-defined (low, med, high) settings or eventually create a custom config. Some things may break and others may require the chpax binary to kick pax in the pants, best to test in a lab over time.

Do your systems have the PERC3 RAID controller? Does it function correclty with this.
