Since they're on a RaQ, I'm guessing you will get the RaQ control panel and you can use it to backup your website.

It's a Cobalt RaQ 4i.

The GUI Admin Panel has built in support for remote backups.

I have 150 GB per server and I heard recently that this has been expanded to 200GB.

Even at 150 GB I balance bigger sites with large sites and its never been a problem. If you become the next Slashdot then we might have to go to a bigger plan. LOL ;-)
