Greetings,
I am looking for remote support positions during first, second or third shift.
I have teamed up with 3 other remote support techs and we are now able to offer Cpanel, Plesk, Ensim, and Hsphere support. 24/7. My support team is comprised of native english speakers in the U.S. and Canada. We have excellent customer service, good grammar and communication skills. We can provide ticket support, forum posting, moderation, and in some time slots live chat support as well.
Systems administration and programming are also available at a competitive hourly rate.
Each of the members of my team has been chosen for their consistent ability to go above and beyond the normal requirements of tech support to keep customers. They have each shown a unique ability to develop relationships with existing customers and to extend critical support to new customers who must be taken extra care of in their initial phase as a new hosting client.
Pricing is either flat rate by the month based on expected ticket
volume, or per ticket with a nominal service fee. All rates are
reasonable. No company to large or small.
Certified check, wire transfer, American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Paypal are accepted.
