I don't want to take this OT, but:

In Netscape, I can't read the text under new facility and new backbone because it's so small. (The page crashed IE twice for some reason).

Also, you may want to reconsider:

"I can't believe your guy's prices and service. Seems to good to be true, but it is!"
--Samual Barns

Maybe it should be, "but it isn't!" ;)

Looks good otherwise!

Just noticed something else... all the links on the bottom are pointing to a local harddrive (file:///D|/Webworks-web/index.htm).

Very nice offer, but very long contract as well...

What is the deal with insurance in section 6? I've never seen anything like this in a colocation agreement...

6. INSURANCE.

a. Customer shall obtain and keep in full force and effect at all times for the duration of this Agreement, with a carrier or carriers satisfactory to WEB WORKS INC., insurance policies of the following kinds and in the following amounts:

(i) worker’s compensation coverage in such amounts as required by the laws of the state or states of Customer's operation, and Employer’s Liability insurance with limits of $500,000 per accident, $500,000 disease policy limit, and $500,000 per employee; and

(ii) commercial general liability insurance with a combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of $1,000,000 each occurrence and general and products liability aggregates of $2,000,000, each covering all obligations or operations of Customer. This policy shall not be modified to reduce the standard coverage provided under a Commercial General Liability Insurance policy form.

Its a clause, we dont really care, in fact if it causes a problem with someone i will omit it but it basically it justs protects us if someone comes into our facility and dies :(

Don't ya just hate it when that happens? :D

For some reason, it only happens to customers that don't pay on time. Just kidding!

Actually, after reading it a few times:

"I can't believe your guy's prices and service. Seems to good to be true, but it is!"

Yeah, maybe. Either way, it's confusing. When I read it, it sounded to me like "I thought it was too good to be true, and it was too good to be true!"
